Susan Thompson

   Dr. Susan Thompson, DVM, is a dedicated veterinarian with a passion for crafting and fitness. Born and raised in Durham, North Carolina, she embarked on her journey in veterinary medicine after graduating from NC State University. Dr. Thompson's commitment to animal care led her to establish her own successful veterinary practice, where she provided compassionate care to countless furry companions.

   In 2023, Dr. Thompson brought her expertise and passion to Oxford Veterinary Hospital. where she continues to make a significant impact on the well-being of animals and their owners. Dr. Thompson’s interests include surgery and dentistry and she is currently working on implementing Oxford Vet’s first ever puppy classes! Her commitment to providing compassionate care and fostering strong client relationships has made her a valued member of our veterinary team.
