Meet Our Staff
LouiseLouise has been with OVH since 2003 and is our Clinical Manager. She’s been at OVH longer than any other employee and knows all the clients and their pets! Louise has been in veterinary medicine for 26 years and still enjoys her role as a Veterinary Assistant. She is responsible for teaching new team members the ropes, is dedicated to the success of our team, and has exceptional technical skills and veterinary knowledge. Her favorite thing about OVH is being part of a team that wants to provide the best possible care to the patients and knowing that what we do makes a difference in the lives of pets and their parents.
Louise’s love of animals can be seen in her furry family: a German Shepherd (Shenzi), a Boxer (Lola), 2 Beagles (Banjo and Bilbo), and 3 cats (Taz, Taylor, and Turmeric). Her hobbies include reading, cross-stitching, camping and fishing – but who has time for hobbies when raising a young son?
CrystalSince joining OVH in 2008, Crystal has become an integral part of the team and wears many hats. She is an Assistant, our Inventory Manager, assists the Veterinary Assistant with surgical procedures and can also fill in as a Receptionist. The team relies on her extensive knowledge of our in-house laboratory equipment and computer troubleshooting skills to keep things running smoothly. She most enjoys working with pets and running lab work.
Crystal shares her home with a husband, 2 children and 2 dachshunds; Dusty Dude and Jeter. She enjoys being outdoors, fishing, hunting, and loves pottery and painting.
ErinSince 2015, Erin has brought her energy and resilience to the OVH team. She began as an Assistant and has become a dependable Veterinary Assistant. Erin is warm and welcoming to clients and their pets. She loves being able to learn new things every day and providing education to clients to help their pets live happier, healthier lives.
Erin has a Doberman (Ace), a Beagle (Khloe), a cat (Simba) and horses (Camden and Daisy). She enjoys horseback riding and teaching children about the wonders of horses.

Her favorite part of working at a veterinary hospital? Providing comfort to pets and their owners during their visits. Danielle has brought us some great new ideas on how to improve the flow of the hospital and reduce client wait times.
Danielle’s pets include a German Shepherd (Storm), a retired K9 Malinois (Boo), and the boss – a cat named Boris. She enjoys horseback riding, hiking, cooking, and spending time with her husband, son, and daughter.
